RAILWAY MUSEUM


I visited with my class the Railway Museum. This Museum is in Gijón in front of Poniente's beach.

In our visit we had a monitor. She showed a lot of things to us.


First she told us tha the first trains that circulated in Spain were: Barcelona – Mataró (the first one), Madrid – Aranjuez (the second one) and Langreo – Gijón (the third one).


Also she said to us that the trains were invented in the United Kingdom.


Then we watched a film about the trains that existed before the AVE (HIGH SPEED TRAIN).


When we watched the film the monitor told us stories: the ski was invented in Norway, the tram circulated along the cities, etc. When the film finished she told us the meaning of FEVE and RENFE.

Then we went down to the place where the old trains were to see them. We went into two trains. One of them was of third class and the other one had first and second class.

Finally she showed us how the tickets were and she gave to us one of them.




Visité con mi clase el Museo del Ferrocarril. Este museo está en Gijón, delante de la playa de Poniente. En nuestra visita teníamos una monitora. Nos enseñó muchas cosas.

Primero nos contó que los primeros trenes que circularon en España fueron: Barcelona-Mataró (el primero), Madrid-Aranjez (el segundo) y Langreo-Gijón (el tercero).

También nos dijo que los trenes fueron inventados en el Reino Unido.

Luego vimos una película de los trenes que había antes del AVE.

Cuando vimos la película nos contó cosas: el ski se inventó en Noruega, el tranvía circulaba por las ciudades, etc. Cuando acabó la película nos dijo el significado de RENFE y FEVE.

Luego bajamos a un sitio donde estaban los trenes viejos para verlos. Montmaos en dos trenes. Uno de ellos era de tercera clase y el otro tenía primera y segunda clase.

Finalmente nos enseñó cómo eran los billetes y nos dio uno.
